      Features

      Belmont County Club Banquets include china, standard linens, glassware, silverware, set-up, clean-up and servers. Our main Banquet room also includes the dance floor, stage, wireless internet and wireless microphone.


      Confirmation of Event

      Event spaces may be confirmed on a definite basis as early as 12 months in advance. All Reserved Dates must be confirmed with a $500 deposit or may be subject to release.


      Food and Beverage Estimates

      Event quotes are available upon request. Menu prices are subject to change. All parties must meet a 50 person minimum. Total costs vary according to the menu selection. BCC must provide all food and beverages, with the exception of specialty cakes. Outside Wine and Champagne may also be provided with a corkage fee. When choosing 2 entrées, both entrées are priced at the higher priced item.

      Due to Food Safety Regulations, food is NOT allowed to leave our facility.


      Hours

      Lunch functions have a 3 hour time limit and must begin between 10:00am and 1:00pm (No events from 12:00pm and 2:00pm on Sundays). Evening functions have a 6 hour time limit, not to exceed 11:00pm unless other arrangements have been made.


      Other Services

      Recommendations are available for videographers, wedding coordinators, photographers, musicians, florists, bakers and all other event services. DJs and services provided must be approved by Banquet Manager.
